We price our individual cheeses per 100g, but note that our minimum selling quantity per cheese is 200g. Choose the quantity you require and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Product Description

This cheese wedding cake incorporates the following cheeses:

(bottom tier upwards)

Neufchatel Heart - This brie heart-shaped cheese is very soft  and creamy, unlike other soft-white-rinded cheeses, it has a grainy texture. This cows milk cheese that originates from Normandy is very easy to love and is a perfect addition to top of a celebration cheese cake. 

Caerphilly - This is a hard, white cheese that originates in the area around the town of Caerphilly in Wales. It is a rich creamy cheese which is matured for over 2 months. It has a mild taste, with its most noticeable feature being a not unpleasant slightly sour tang.

Stilton - This is the King of English blue cheeses and is made at the famous Colston & Bassett Dairy. It has a rich cream colour with blue veining
spread throughout.The texture of blue Stilton is smooth and creamy with a mellow flavour and no sharp acidic taste from the blue, resulting in a melt in the mouth perfection.

Reiver - Reiver is another one of our local cheeses made on the Blagdon Estate. It is a smooth, farmhouse cheese which is naturally rinded. Its mild flavour has an almost caramel taste. A cheese that all ages will enjoy.

Coulommiers - (specially ordered in on request). This is a lesser-known cousin of French brie cheese made from cow's milk. It is more nuttier than a typical brie cheese, but otherwise has similar characteristics, with a similar buttery colour and supple texture.
