Wensleydale
Wensleydale has a supple, crumbly and moist texture. This cheese becomes much firmer as it ages and in the case of the traditional cloth bound cheeses, much drier. This traditional Wensleydale cheese has a mild, full and fresh flavour making it extremely popular. Suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK.
