Made in North Yorkshire, traditonal creamy Wensleydale cheese combined with pure, sweet, real cranberries. A frim yet crumbly cheese, with a honeyed after-taste. Popular to brighten up a cheese board, due to its exuberant, eye-catching colours, sometimes even popular as a cheese dip! Contains preserves, suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised.
