Made in Berkshire, using unpasteurised milk from Guernsey cows. A soft mild cheese with a buttery soft flavour, has a distinctive yellow centre colour and is ripened for 4-10 weeks. Suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK.
