Taleggio
Italian Taleggio is one of the oldest soft cheeses in the world, it was named after the Caves of Val Taleggio. Even though this cheese has a rather strong smell, its taste is relatively mild and creamy. Taleggio melts very well therefore is also popular as a cooking cheese. Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised.
