Our best-selling soft goat’s cheese. Rosary is made by an independent dairy in Salisbury. It is a fresh, creamy goat’s cheese with a mousse-like texture and a natural acidity. Just enough salt is added to enhance its unique, delicious flavour. Winner of the Supreme Champion Award at the British Cheese Awards 2014. Ingredients List: Pasteurised goat’s milk, salt, sequestrant: calcium chloride, rennet, cheese cultures, and penicillium candidum. Produced in a factory that uses sheep’s and cow’s milk.
