A local sweet, subtle sheeps cheese which has a rich flavour and a refreshing tang. This cheese is very special because it was the first cheese Northumberland Cheese Company ever made! Matured to give a stronger flavour and won Gold at the Yorkshire show in 2014. Suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK.
