Cheddar with balsamic vinegar of Modena (“Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”) and caramelised onion chutney.

200g wax truckle.

Allergens – Milk, Sulphites.

Ingredients – Cheddar cheese Milk (90.9%), caramelised onion chutney (7.3%), (caramelised onions (contains rapeseed oil), sugar, Muscovado sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (0.4%), (wine vinegar (sulphites, concentrated grape must), white wine vinegar (sulphites), kibbled red onions, concentrated lemon juice, thickeners (modified corn starch, pectin), Balsamic vinegar of Modena (1.8%), (cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites).
