Mature Farmhouse Cheddar
Quickes Mature Farmhouse cheddar is a traditional clothbound cheddar, which is matured for over 12 months. This cheese has a distinctive creamy, medium strength flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. This delicious cheddar from the southwest of England has almost a fruity tang and a pleasantly long finish. Not suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK.
