Lincolnshire Poacher is an award-winning handmade cheddar produced on a diary farm nestling on the eastern edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. This cheese is an intriguing mixture between a farmhouse cheddar and Swiss mountain cheese. Under the natural rind, the smooth yellow paste has a full, nutty, tasty flavour. Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK.
