Harrogate Blue
Winner of two golds at the Global Cheese Awards and a silver at the World Cheese Awards, Harrogate Blue is a soft and creamy delicate cheese which has a hint of luxurious pepper. This cheese is matured for 4 weeks giving it a medium strength flavour. Harrogate Blue is coloured with annatto to give it a bright golden paste making it very eye-catching when used on a cheeseboard. Suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised.
