A traditional young Gouda with an added twist. This semi-hard cheese has a smooth, rich flavour and the cumin seeds give it a rather powerful distinct Indian aroma and taste. The origin of this glorious combination goes back to the 17th century. A cheese that really stands out on a cheese board. Pasteurised and not suitable for vegetarians.
