Darling Blue
Darling Blue cheese is named after Northumbrian heroine Grace Darling. This cheese has a naturally moulded rind, it is matured for around 3 months and is a creamy full flavoured blue cheese with a slight hint of salt, a medium/strong strength. Not suitable for vegetarians and is pasteurised. Made on a site that handles nuts. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK, WHEAT, NUTS.
