Cuddy’s Cave
Handmade at Doddington Dairy, this is a hard, creamy cheese with a smooth texture. Holds a strong and slightly nutty flavour, with a long finish. Cuddy’s Cave is named after the local cave, where it is said that St. Cuthbert’s body was hidden to escape the Viking invasion! Not suitable for vegetarians and is unpasteurised. Made on a site that handles nuts. ALLERGENS IN CAPITALS – MILK, NUTS.
