Stilton - The King of English cheese! Stilton is Britain's most famous blue cheese, it is velvety, close-textured and unpressed. This cheese is known for its characteristic strong taste, with blue veins threading through from the centre, it is eye-catching and recognizable.
Half of Northumberland Nettles - This is one of our local Northumbrian cheeses made on the Blagdon estate. It is a very smooth, creamy cheddar which is not too strong, this making it appealing for a wide range of palates. Nettle cheese is made with real herbs and nettles, that dont sting! Very popular among children.
Half of Northumberland Smoked - Another one of our local cheeses. This is a very creamy, mild, smoked cheddar cheese which holds a smooth, long lasting finish, a perfect balance between cheddar cheese and smoked cheese. Due to its mild taste, it is very popular with all ages.
600g Reiver - Reiver is another one of our local cheeses made on the Blagdon Estate. It is a smooth, farmhouse cheese which is naturally rinded. Its mild flavour has an almost caramel taste. Another cheese that all ages will enjoy.
400g Northumberland Chilli - This local cheese is a combination of the creamy Northumberland Nettle cheese and the fiery kick of red chilli. Northumberland Chilli is our mildest chilli cheese so, makes a great addition to any cheese wedding cake as it still suitable for a range of palates.
This cheese wedding cake also includes two Neufchatel Heart's (200g) - This brie heart-shaped cheese is very soft and creamy, unlike other soft-white-rinded cheeses, it has a grainy texture. This cows milk cheese that originates from Normandy is very easy to love and is a perfect addition to top of any celebration cheese cake.

This whole wedding cake weighs approximately 6 kilos. This would accommodate around 70-80 people.
