If you like brie but would enjoy a twist on the traditional brie, then you must try this! My daughter and I love this!! Either with good bread or crackers, this is delicious. I like to cut the flavour with some apple slices. Sometimes I enjoy it as a plougman's lunch with rocket,pickled beetroot, thickly sliced beef tomatoes and fresh crusty bread. A generous seasoning of cracked black pepper and crystals of sea salt!! Wonderfully simple but so flavoursome! I certainly recommend it!!
