This unusual classic Norwegian cheese is made from a mixture of goat and cows milk. The cheese is wonderful, smooth and is great to eat with ryvita, or with fruit .
Delivery was swift and I will buy again.
Cost a lot but worth it.
First had this cheese in Norway and never forgot the wonderful smooth and caramel taste.
