We price our individual cheeses per 100g, but note that our minimum selling quantity per cheese is 200g. Choose the quantity you require and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Handmade at Doddington Dairy, this is a hard cheese with a smooth texture. Holds a mild nutty flavour, with a long finish. Matured for between 2-5 months, during this time it develps a brown natural rind, made with unpasteurized milk.
