We had a selection of sweetish cheeses for our anniversary dinner recently, and we love Bowland, it's not too sweet, and the spiciness is delicious, it's a bit like a cheese version of hot cross buns.

Bowland also referred to as the "Christmas Cake" cheese and this certainly lived up to its name. A delicious blend of smooth slightly crumbly cheese, raisins, apple and cinnamon this certainly excelled in the flavour department.
