This celebration cheese cake incorporates the following cheeses:

Cornish Yarg - An award winning cheddar wrapped in nettles, giving it a very unique and eyecatching finish. A genuinally Artisan British cheese which is fresh and creamy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core.
Cheviot - One of our local Northumberland cheeses produced at the Blagdon Cheese Farm. Cheviot is a mature, rich and buttery cheddar with a refreshingly assertive flavour.
Blue Wensleydale - This is a delicately flavoured creamy blue cheese. Blue wensleydale is frimer than Stilton and has a mellow yet full flavour taste, which is appealing to newcomers of blue cheese.
Nettle - This is another one of our local Northumbrian cheeses made on the Blagdon estate. It is a very smooth, creamy cheddar which is not too strong, this making it appealing for a wide range of palates. Nettle cheese is made with real herbs and nettles, that dont sting! Very popular among children.
Neufchatel Heart - This brie heart-shaped cheese is very soft and creamy, unlike other soft-white-rinded cheeses, it has a grainy texture. This cows milk cheese that originates from Normandy is very easy to love and is a perfect addition to top of a celebration cheese cake.
